MARRY WHOSOEVER YOU LIKE!
The Kingdom of God is a 'Choice' based Kingdom whereby the Sovereign God allows His Children to make free choices that are guided by His Word and that honours His person.
 
Sample statements like: 
 " Choose this day who you will serve" 

"if you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the Land'
 
'And ' the gifts and calling of God are without repentance'  are statements showing the benevolence and kindness of God to Humanity.

Although, the Almighty has the authority  and capacity to coerce His subjects to love and obey Him, He chose to adapt the option of men loving Him and obeying because they want to and not forced to love Him

The daughters of Zelophehad had a challenge concerning the inheritance of their father ( This is addressed in the title " THEY FOUGHT FOR THEIR INHERITANCE) 
And God commanded Moses to tell these young ladies  that they have free choices of marriage partners as long as it within their clan. 

The key words in these verses according to different Bible passages are:

1.  They should marry Who they THINK BEST' 
2. They should marry 'Who: they wish
3. That are free to marry anyone they chose
4.  They should marry anyone they like

This template saddled the responsibility of marital choice on the individual.  And we can find  a contemporary twin in the scripture ' "He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor' :

Your friends, parents, denomination and family do not determine your marital choice here, you are responsible for the final decision though contributions from these people may be welcomed.

Your choice is based on personal preference, logical thinking, your taste in the opposite sex and unrestricted access of choice.

WHO YOU LIKE:
To like a person is to accept their persons without resentment,  any reserves about their personality strengths and flaws, and their beliefs.

You are comfortable  with their personality traits and attitudes. You enjoy their companion without any sexual under tones.

You are relaxed in their presence and they easily make you laugh.

Dictionary meaning of like is 'to think  something is nice, to enjoy something.

WHO YOU WISH
You have dreams of what  you will like your future to look like and it's truly a dream if it is a very far cry from your present situation.

God said they should marry who they wish- believe Him for someone beyond their wildest dream, someone that they may not necessary qualify to have.

Sometimes, you limit what God can do for you and through you by desiring blessings and miracle within your reach 

I am very sorry to tell you that you will surely get just that because it is unto you according to your faith.

WHO THEY THINK IS BEST FOR THEM
This needs conscious thinking action on your part. It requires you gathering information about the kind of person that is best for your destiny- a tall man, a well behaved lady, an intellectual lady/guy, a caring and kind man, a person from a particular tribe etc

You will have to think through who is best for you and  make your choice based on your conclusion.
Most political marraige follows after this pattern.

MODERN SCENARIOS OF THIS TEMPLATE
1. I think is best lf l marry a person that is taller than me, because l am of average height  Therefore  you are mostly attracted to  (develop strong feelings for )  tall persons 

2. I wish to marry a beautiful lady who has a beautiful voice because l am called into the ministry and this attributes will help my public ministry. (  Your heart is pre-programmed to jump for excitement when you meet such ladies)

3.  I like to travel overseas so l think l should marry any person with a green card. ( So a person based in the USA would likely gain your attention)

4. I think is best l marry a woman/man who is spiritual, financially and mentally sound because of my vision and my children. ( You are likely drawn to strong ladies/guys.

Love is a Broad Word that is used in many circles. It's various symbols of giving hugs, blowing kisses, having a dreamy eyes towards it subject and many other shows that is a virtue widely accepted by all as very important  I grew up in a environment where the Word Love was mostly used when there is a relationship between the opposite sex.
