SPIRITUAL WARFARE IS REAL
The Christian is involved in spiritual warfare on a daily basis. It means you are actively fighting against something, a force in order to enforce your victory. Your warfare against devil and flesh is a GUARANTEED Success because Jesus Christ prevailed and you have prevailed too.

Colossians 1;13-15 esp 15
 And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.

The Christian life is made easy by this simple truth " You are fighting from a WINNING side. I emphasised the winning in capital so that you will know. If you don't know this truth then be sure  the Enemy will take an advantage of you. He will use your ignorance to defeat you.


Jesus Christ, our Commamder-in Chief said ' I will build my Church and the gates of Hell shall not prevail'  Any man who believes in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour and lives according to the Word of God is a member of the Church of Christ. 

No matter their tribe, race, titles, age , faith in Jesus Christ made you a Son/Daughter of the Most High and you are entitled to the Victory and Triumph in Jesus name.

But you must be aware that there is a Kingdom of Darkness whose ruler and master is against anything and everybody that believes in Christ and this Enemy is a master strategist.

The Bible says He is perfection in beauty and wisdom. But always remember that the Bible.also says the Prince of this world is already judged/condemned. ( John 16:11) 

The Scriptures says you have been given power to tread on snakes and scorpions and to OVERCOME ALL THE POWER OF THE ENEMY. And the beauty and joy is NOTHING SHALL BY ANY MEANS HURT YOU. ( Luke 10:19 ) and lastly, THE GREATER ONE LIVES INSIDE OF YOU. (1 John 4:4)

Another weapon that the Enemy uses against you is your flesh so that what fights against you is your very self. 

The Enemy incites your flesh to cause you to stumble into sin. But the Bible says the power of the flesh has been destructed because the flesh was crucified when Christ died.

This means the nature of man that cause them to live a life that does not please God no longer exists in you as believer. Rather you have the nature of God who desires to please God always. Then Romans 8 says ' If you walk in the Spirit, ( either the Holy Spirit or your human spirit ) you will not fulfill the desires of the flesh.
 
So where does spiritual warfare  against the flesh and Satan comes in? 

You wrestle daily to keep and maintain the victory that Jesus Christ our LORD has given you over Satan and the flesh.

ACTION PLAN

The greatest weapon Satan will use against you is ignorance and deception. ( We will write extensively about deception on later date, it is a most important weapon of the Enemy) 

 If you don't know what the Word of God says concerning any issue, you will continue to suffer and be defeated by Satan in that area.

If you don't know and believe you have the power of the Holy Spirit  to say 'No ' to the sinful appeals as stated in Galatians 5:19-21. You will always think it is impossible to live as Christ lived. True warfare is using the power of the Holy Spirit to lived as Christ lived.

- YOU MUST BELIEVE IT AS THE BIBLE SAYS SO

- YOU MUST DAILY CONFESSS YOU CAN TILL IT HAPPENS TO YOU

- YOU MUST KEEP ON CONFESSING IT EVEN IF YOU ARE FAILING IN THAT AREA. Your confession reinforced your faith and becomes your possession.

PERSONAL TESTIMONY.
I used to struggle with a few manifestations of the flesh as listed in Galatians 5 :19-21 after l got saved. One of them was until recent. 

It was a terrible time of warfare for me against the works of the flesh. Instead of confessing my victory in Christ over the works of the flesh, I was proclaiming my defeat by confessing my weaknessnesd in those areas.

One of these fleshy manifestations was taken over by an evil spirit because of my confession.

I had to return to the Bible and asked Jesus Christ my Saviour to give me a revelation of where I am missing His truth.

Then Romans 8:9-11 came alive to me. Literally, I visited Romans 8:1-end every now and then and read it aloud to myself. 

The Holy Spirit will lead back there again and again. When l hear 'Read Romans 8 in my spirit' . I  will be like ' I know what is in that passage of the Bible ' but will still go ahead and read it. 

One day, l had an encounter with Romans 8:9-11

"You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, 

if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ. 

But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life because of righteousness.

 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.

YOU SHALL KNOW THE TRUTH AND THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE.

MY CONCEPT OF LOVE

Love is a Broad Word that is used in many circles. It's various symbols of giving hugs, blowing kisses, having a dreamy eyes towards it subject and many other shows that is a virtue widely accepted by all as very important  I grew up in a environment where the Word Love was mostly used when there is a relationship between the opposite sex.
