IS YOUR ESTIMATION OF YOURSELF SAME AS THAT OF GOD'S!

Sometimes, what men know and say about you is different from what Heaven and of course God knows and say about you 

Men are natural creatures of sight, touch, feeling and smell  but God fashioned the believer " to judge no man after the flesh'

Experience has taught over and over again that appearance is deceptive and you cannot afford to live by what you see in the physical. The Devil is a master manipulator and attempt to control what is seen and heard.

But our LORD Jesus Christ said ' my judgement is right because l  make judgement based on what The Father revealed to me. John 6.

The Churches in Smyrna are subjected to two spectrum of assesment and judgement. In the physical, they were afflicted and regarded as 'poor' while  our Jesus Christ our LORD see them as rich and worth commendations.

"I know your afflictions and your poverty—yet you are rich! I know about the slander of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan." Rev. 2:9

The Disciples in Smyrna were afflicted and severely attacked by Satan , they were slandered by those who claim to belong to Jehovah but their practises showed they worship sin and Satan. Our LORD said " I know your poverty. Probably, they were not a Church rich in material possessions.

JESUS The  CHRIST SAID THEY ARE RICH!

The assement of our LORD surpass any other praise.you can receive from men. You must work in such a way that God  is YOUR MOST IMPORTANT AUDIENCE while others are there to watch how you run your race,  they do not determine your promotuon and  your reward..

The same men/women who sing your praises today may be the same who will shout crucify him when things go wrong. Do not put your trust in the sons of men. You must always put your trust in Christ who can never fail you.

Your Report card as a believer  on earth and for all eternity will be prepared and rewarded by God therefore you must to live  please God in all things.

Out LORD Jesus Christ strived and succeeded in pleasing God, the Father at the expense of displeasing the religious leaders of His days.

Even the Disciples told these religious leaders "But Peter and John replied, “Which is right in God’s eyes: to listen to you, or to him? You be the judges! Acts 4;19

I remember that a Christian leader once informed a christian sister; who sought for permission to resign from her position in the ministry ' You will need my help  to make it in the kingdom, you cannot succeed without me.

The Sister replied the leader later  " God the Almighty has taken care of me from birth and will care for till Old age.  ( Isaiah 46) 

If you say l was a 'Nobody' before l met you, then you are accusing God of been unfaithful in my life. 

You can call me any name you like but l will not remain silent when you insinuate by your speech that God is an irresponsible Father."

Experience has taught over and over again that the trust in men and the flesh is futile. The best of men may fail in times of trouble.

Learn to fix your gaze on Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of your Faith.

Heaven's estimation of your walk and work is more important that your own estimation of the same. Apostle  Paul said in boldly:

'This, then, is how you ought to regard us: as servants of Christ and as those entrusted with the mysteries God has revealed. 

Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful. 

I CARE VERY LITTLE IF I AM JUDGED BY YOU or BY ANY HUMAN COURT; 

indeed, I DO NOT EVEN JUDGE MYSELF. MY CONSCIENCE is CLEAR, but that DOES NOT MAKE ME INNOCENT.

 IT IS THE LORD WHO JUDGES ME. 

THEREFORE JUDGE NOTHING BEFORE THE APPOINTED TIME; wait until the Lord comes. 

He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. 

AT THAT TIME EACH WILL RECEIVE THEIR PRAISE FROM GOD.
