SERVANTHOOD IS KEY

SATAN REFUSED THE STATE OF SERVANTHOOD WHILE CHRIST EMBRACED IT.

What sheer bliss to have the privilege of been called the sons of the Most High. John 1:12 says " As many who believed Him were given the right of sonship. Romans 8 completed the circle of sonship by saying " as many as are led by the Spirit of God are the true sons. 

You may have a ticket to watch a Basketball game but yet not watch it because you refused to use the ticket.

Though sonship is sweet but SEEVANTHOOD is one of the greatest expression of your love for God. In the story of the Prodigal son, one son collected his inheritance from his loving father and squardered it on himself while the other son remained with his father to help build the Father's business.

When we use our God-given inheritance of gifts, good health, godly family, riches and the anointing in serve the purpose of the Kingdom, we are truly like Jesus Christ, our Master.

Lucifer accused God of been selfish and not wanting anyone to be like him. Let us examine the position of Lucifer as a gurafuan cherub in Heaven.

ATTRIBUTES OF LUCIFER

1. He was perfect in beauty, he was the seal of perfection in beauty in heaven. No creature in heaven was as beautifully adorned as him.

2. He was decked in unfathomable wealth- adorned with every precious stones in heaven.

3. He was FULL of wisdom as the Almighty. He had the Full measure of wisdom that no other creature in heaven could have at that time.

 The Bible stated in Genesis 6:9 " "These are the generations of Noah: NOAH WAS a JUST MAN and PERFECT IN HIS GENERATIONS, and NOAH WALKED WITH GOD. 

Noah was blameless in his generation. It means at that time, Noah was the seal of perfection of a man who walks with Gid. in that generation

He was the highest standard of a man fearing God that the Kingdom of Heaven could see at that time.

Probably if Noah had lived in the generation of King David- a man after God's heart; he might not have measured up to the Stardard of the Righteous man in Number 20 but in his generation, he was Number One. 

Please let's live and measure our.walk with God in this generation by the Stardard of Christ. We have some Saints in previous generations who had very high standard in their walk with God.

John the Baptist is the greatest of Old Testament Saints because He had the awesome privilege of seeing The Christ, meeting The Christ, baptising God in human form and introducing God to His generation. 

God is still searching for men and women who will introduce Him in their territories, family, nations in His true form.

Remember though The Son of Man; Jesus, had vast information about God when he was on earth and knew all the secrets of Heaven, yet He did not never considerd equality with God; a right to be used to his own advantage. 

Jesus humbled Himself and took the statute of a servant so that the people colud see God the Father throughout His ministry on earth. 

If Jesus had taken the position of a God which He rightly is, men would have seen him and they will never have either known God, the Father or experience the Kingdom of heaven on earth.

Likewise the Holy Spirit presently point all men to Jesus Christ and not to Himself so that all men will see The Christ who paid the price for them to be saved 

We must take the posture of a Servant to The Christ for life, if not the people will see us and not The Christ who paid the price for us to have direct access to God and the people..

God's desire has always been that His people will have direct access to Him without the ministry of middlemen. Middlemen are supposed to introduce and point God's people to the God who loves them and then step back.

 This why God wanted to meet the Israelites directly in Mount Sinai when they left Eygpt to meet with The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the wilderness. 

But the people could not stand the Glory of God because of their level of interaction with the Enemy. So God poured the glory meant for ALL the PEIOLE into Moses . So Moses's face radiates all the glory that was meant for the people. 2 Cor. 3:7

Also, the Curtail of the Temple torn apart at the death of our LORD Jesus Christ to announce the end of the Era of middlemen standing between God and His peolw. 

Then the glorious eternal era of God, the Father having direct access to His beloved by the indwelling Holy Spirit. was ushered into the Earth. ( Isaiah 5)

JESUS CHRIST CHOSEN SEEVANTHOOD BY HIS WILL

While Lucifer corrupted his wisdom and fell because he wanted to become THE GOD as The Almighty nstead of remaining as the glorified covering cherub as Creation otadined him. 

Our Lord Jesus Christ on the other hand left His heavenly abode of non-stop worship, unlimited honour and power, unfathomable riches and wealth and took the.humble form. of a man.

1. He, was held in the womb of a woman for nine months with the danger of been aborted before delivery.

2. He was delivered in a.manger, and had to escape for his dear life with his parents when an earthly king desired to end his life and destiny before the appointed time

3. Satan insulted him by coming to him directly requesting for worship and there was no angel Michael to shred Satan to pieces with His sword for insulting The Almight.

4. The Christ was insulted over and over again by the Pharisees and the Sadducees and his own diisciple sold The Almighty for 30 shekels of silver.

Yet Philippians 2 stated that Christ did not consider equality with God but took the posture of a Servant to.accmplish the divine mandate allocated to Him.

We must indeed follow the example of The Christ is all things.

"In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus: 

WHO, Being in VERY NATURE GOD, DID NOT CONSIDER EQUALITY WITH GOD SOMETHING TO BE USED TO HIS OWN ADVANTAGE; RATHER, HE MADE HIMSELF NOTHING BY TAKING THE VERY NATURE OF A SERVANT, being made in human likeness.

 And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death — even death on a cross! 

Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the
