LABOURERS ARE FEW

Matthew 9:38 says and I paraphrase

HARVEST IS PLENTEOUS

LABOURERS ARE FEW

And l ask myself, how can labourers be few, in a age and time when the Church is enjoying the applaud of the world and society:

A time when rich politicians and businessmen are publicly declaring their membership of one denomination or the other;

When Leaders of nations and Conglomerate publicly declare their allegiance to CHRIST, thy risen Saviour,

When Intellectuals present Christ with logical accuracy,

A period when it is fashionable to be a christian and a church worker.

"Common on my brethren" Presently, we must have MANY LABOURERS TO BRING IN THE PLENTEOUS HARVEST?

Then l realised, indeed we have many BELIEVERS who attend Church Services,

Many who are not fully convinced Christ is LORD, yet are church workers in lofty positions ( for you can't be fully convinced Christ is Lord and not obey His Word),

Multitudes who attend church seeking for miracles after which they return to their former lifestyle which dishonour Christ and His Word, 

More so, we have labourers who are willing to work to bring in the harvest, 

Who are concern about Kingdom Business

 Church workers who intercedes and pray but know very little about the art and acts of prayer of petition, supplication and intercession

Men and Women who are ardent Prayer Warriors but pray as they know and not as the Word dictates.

Men and women who become victims in the peril of the life of an Intercessor instead of being a WITNESS in the Victory of using your knees and prayers to enforce God' s Will on earth as it is in heaven.

Some are taught on prayers but do not study further so as to become a watchman who rightly discern and divide the Word of God.

GOD, PLEASE SEND US LABOURERS FOR THE HARVEST!

We have Christian workers who can sing to motivate people to shake their bodies in dancing;

Move their feet to the latest dancing style and rhythms

But few LABOURERS, who worship God in Spirit and in truth.

Worshippers who take believers to God presence in their singing

Anointed singers like David who set the captives free when singing songs to worship the KING of kings and LORD of Lords

Singers who can deliver a king like Saul possessed by a demon,

Singers whose singing bring men to the Altar of repentance crying for the Saviour' Touch.

Indeed we have singers,

Indeed we have plenteous worship leaders;

But obviously, we have few worship leaders who are labouring to bring in the Plenteous Harvest.

Let us pray as our Master Jesus requested that God will send in LABOURERS, who are trained and have a heart for the KINGDOM OF CHRIST
