HOW TO LIVE A LIFE FREE OF SICKNESS

"Healing is the Children's bread" is the statement of our LORD Jesus to the Gentile woman who desire deliverance for her daughter. 

While disease and sickness is normal for unbelievers, it is abnormal for the Believer because you inheirted spiritual blessings that includes divine health  by faith in The Christ

Disease and sickness are a thief of a man's strength and attempt to cut short the number of his days on Earth. It reduces the time allocated for your divine purpose and assignment. Jesus Christ, The LORD died at age 33 because He finished His divine earthly mandate at that age.

The benevolent and merciful Father  promised every Child of His; long life and sound health. In Psalm 91:16, The Father promised to satisfy you with long life; while Psalm 103 :4 shows the promise of God to heal all your diseases.

You must know and believe  that  'divine healing' (as beautiful as it sound) is not the perfect will of God for His children. Man is originally created in the image and likeness of God and the eternal Spirit in man prohibits any destruction of its flesh buy sin came with it sickness of death. Sickness and diseases are messengers and fore runner of death.

  All the people healed by Jesus Christ during his life time were not born again  Christians because Jesus Christ had not die and pay the price for the sin of mankind.

 God's perfect will for your health is shown in Exodus 23:24
“If you listen carefully to the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.”Exodus 15:26

Worship the Lord your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you, and none will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will give you a full life span.  Exodus 23;17

Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits— who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, Psalm 103:4

“He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed. 1 Peter 2:24

3 John 2
Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.

The Bible says a testimony must be confirmed by two or three witnesses; in this way a testimony is established. The above scriptural witnesses prove that Divine health is God's original intention for every believer in Christ Jesus. 

Jesus Christ, our Eternal King and LORD is our perfect pattern and example in all things.  Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church called the Body of Christ and as a member of His Body, you must receive your life and nourishment from Him.

Jesus was tired, hungry, persecuted, insulted, called demon possessed but there is no record in the Bible whereby he was sick and needed healing.

The additional.good news is that there is no record of any of his Disciples falling  sick and needing healing  throughout the three years plus they were with The Great Physicians.
Peter's mother- in- law had fever and was healed by The LORD. Timothy had ailments that often needed treatment and he took the equivalent of drugs in his times.

Generally speaking, the Disciples of Jesus The Christ enjoyed sound health as 3 John 2 promisrd the believer 

WHY SHOULD YOU DO TO ENJOY GOOD HEALTH AS A BELIEVER?

Love is a Broad Word that is used in many circles. It's various symbols of giving hugs, blowing kisses, having a dreamy eyes towards it subject and many other shows that is a virtue widely accepted by all as very important  I grew up in a environment where the Word Love was mostly used when there is a relationship between the opposite sex.
