YOU ARE MIGHTY  BUT DO YOU HAVE MIGHTY MEN?

"These are the names of David’s mighty warriors: Josheb-Basshebeth, a Tahkemonite, was chief of the Three; he raised his spear against eight hundred men, whom he killed in one encounter. Next to him was Eleazar son of Dodai the Ahohite. As one of the three mighty warriors, he was with David when they taunted the Philistines gathered at Pas Dammim for battle. Then the Israelites retreated, but Eleazar stood his ground and struck down the Philistines till his hand grew tired and froze to the sword. The Lord brought about a great victory that day. The troops returned to Eleazar, but only to strip the dead...... 2 Sam. 23:8-20

How weary it would have been if it was only King David that fought the Philistines?

How mystic, it would have been if the warrior anointing was only on King David and the men who surrounded him viewed him as a special god; made specially by God and dropped from heaven.

Because no one in King David group could reproduce what David had. Just like King David had mighty men, he had anointed musician like himself.

God anointed King David as the Leader and king of His people- l though the Bible did not mentioned where David's mighty men were anointed by God but we see the same warrior' anointing in manifestation in the lives of David's mighty men.

King David killed his Goliath but one of  his mighty men also killed a Goliath,.

King David killed a Lion and one of his mighty men also killed a lion.

The LORD's battle becomes easier, when leaders raise men and women who can do as much as them and beyond. ( Jesus Christ our LORD told the disciples " Greater works you will do)

The splendour and power of The Almighty seen manifested on ordinary men is one of the greatest sight on Earth. It's like God in flesh again, the Kingdom of men becoming the Kingdom of our God.

This manifestation of the same anointing on King David  on  men  who became David' mighty men revealed the power was from God, the excellence of glory returned to the Almighty.

In 1 Samuel 23 when King David donated his personal wealth  for the building of the temple, his officials also gave as their king and Leader..

Jesus Christ, our LORD disciples cast out devils while Jesus was alive and not just after his death.

If you are the only one who can perform the miracles you do in your ministry and among the men God has called you to lead, then please, you need to do the following Sir/Ma.

1. Break the Alabaster box of your anointing and grace and let  it fragrance flow to the men and women, God has given you as sons and daughters.

Let the same anointing working in your life even greater measure manifest in the lives of the 3 closet to you, then 12, then 72, then 120 etc.

Let there be an Evangelist Philip, a Prophet Agabus and Ananias from your group who will take the message God has given you beyond you.

2. Please remove the price tag on the grace and anointing on your life. If God was waiting for men and women to  speak his love language before He anoints them, this Gospel would have been cropped before it started.

There will always be men who are out- spoken like Peter and may want to challenge your authority, ( this is why, the fruit of tolerance and patience was given to you in the Holy Spirit);

Men who are seeking for positions like James and his brother,

Men who are stealing from the purse and betrayers like Judas

But we trust God, our Father to always protect us from such men like God did for Paul

3. Give men fish to eat but please teach them to become fisher of men. You have your limited  time  on earth as determined by God and you.

Would you want this beautiful, sacrificial assigment you started and brought to this flourishing stage by the grace of our LORD Jesus either die or reduce in its intensity about your death.

Consciously, deliberately, teach men how your got where you are and like Jesus did to the disciples, patiently mentor them to arrive there.

If your men and women are not getting what you are teaching them, please go to the QUESTION ANSWERING GOD AND ASK WHY?

God will certainly gladly answer you!

The troops returned to Eleazar, but only to strip the dead. Next to him was Shammah son of Agee the Hararite. When the Philistines banded together at a place where there was a field full of lentils, Israel’s troops fled from them. But Shammah took his stand in the middle of the field. He defended it and struck the Philistines down, and the Lord brought about a great victory. During harvest time, three of the thirty chief warriors came down to David at the cave of Adullam, while a band of Philistines was encamped in the Valley of Rephaim. At that time David was in the stronghold, and the Philistine garrison was at Bethlehem. David longed for water and said, “Oh, that someone would get me a drink of water from the well near the gate of Bethlehem!” So the three mighty warriors broke through the Philistine lines, drew water from the well near the gate of Bethlehem and carried it back to David. But he refused to drink it; instead, he poured it out before the Lord. “Far be it from me, Lord, to do this!” he said. “Is it not the blood of men who went at the risk of their lives?” And David would not drink it. Such were the exploits of the three mighty warriors. Abishai the brother of Joab son of Zeruiah was chief of the Three. He raised his spear against three hundred men, whom he killed, and so he became as famous as the Three. Was he not held in greater honor than the Three? He became their commander, even though he was not included among them. Benaiah son of Jehoiada, a valiant fighter from Kabzeel, performed great exploits. He struck down Moab’s two mightiest warriors. He also went down into a pit on a snowy day and killed a lion
