The faith that will deliver you in the day of trouble is not developed at the battle field, rather it is faith in the Word of God, that you have tested privately and  you know it's practical application.

Little David did not defeated Goliath on the day of Battle by the divine instructions given to him at the battle front by  King Saul or his brothers.

Rather David testified that God trained him for this victory privately when he faced the Lion and the Bear and he advocated confidently with the following statement:

"David said to Saul, “Your servant has been keeping his father’s sheep. When a lion or a bear came and carried off a sheep from the flock, I went after it, struck it and rescued the sheep from its mouth. When it turned on me, I seized it by its hair, struck it and killed it.

 Your servant has killed both the lion and the bear; this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, because he has defied the armies of the living God. 

The Lord who rescued me from the paw of the lion and the paw of the bear will rescue me from the hand of this Philistine.” 1 Kings 17:34-37.

The confrontation with Goliath was an opportunity to demonstrate the skills and Victory that God had taught David when he sat at the feet of Jehovah to learn about God and His ways.

King Saul on the other hand panicked on the day of trouble because though he was anointed as King over the Lord's people, he did not have a personal walk with the God who anointed Him.

Saul failed to learn the precerpts of the Kingdom of God before or after his enthronement as King. He depended solely on prophet Samuel's personal walk with God.

If there is one lesson, l have learnt from this Corona massacre is this 'The time or hour no man knows.'

#I must know God for myself#

#l must know what the Word of God says about every situation of Life#

#I must practise God's Word privately and every day#.

#I must grow as a Christian and access my inheritance in Christ#

# The revelations of God is for all who believes in Christ if only you desire to know more about Him beyond just receiving your daily bread from Him.

Jesus Christ was teaching the disciples in Matthew 7 and gave the illustration of the two builders.
One builder built his house on a rock and the other on the sand. 

The irony is both builder successfully finished their building and the structures were standing firm until the storm visited.

Another challenge is- the storm did not announced its arrival just as Coronavirus did not announced its visitation ( And every visitor will return to its abode if you refused them entrance to your home). 

But the Believer who hears Christ Word and immediately aligned his/her lifestyle to it will be  saved during any storm.

 I have been faced with situations in life that l had to make critical choices. My choices were not a matter of good or evil. Rather my choices was - :What does Word of God has to say about this issue?'

As long you remain in the Earth, you will always be faced with challenges, tough times; What will deliver you at such times is not the information you gathered at that moment of trouble

Rather as a believer you will be save at this critical time by IT IS WRITTEN AS MANY TIMES AS THAT GOLIATH SHOW UP and by the MERCY of the Almighty.

HOLD ON We are faced by many situations, some very deadly that questions your faith and convictions on this Truth  "Jesus Is The Way, The Truth and The Life".  The Enemy will fight you with every missile:: Danger, Sickness, Failure, Disfavour, Pains, Death, Shame, Slander and even heart- break. The   goal is to make you question your Love For God and make you believe that something is wrong with you. If you are not ingrained in The Love of God for you and know without any doubts that you were saved and delivered strictly by Faith in the Name of Jesus and not by what you did and did not do, you will develop what l termed " Condemnation Complex" You will begin to condemn yourself yourself. IF YOU ARE A BELIEVER YOU SHALL SURELY BE TESTED I believe strongly in the Goodness of God. I see God as Our Heavenly Father Who is absolutely Compassionate and Generous I see Him as the Creator who is FULL of unfailingly Love Most times l would say to myself " If The God of our LORD Jesus Christ is pressed down as a sponge: All that will flow out of Him is unfailingly LOVE .
