ABSALOM, THE MIDDLEMAN WHO MISREPRESNTED THE KING
A Prince is the son of a King and his representative. He is a king in waiting without his own Kingdom.

Therefore he represents the Kingdom and one of his responsibilities is to be the mouthpiece of the King.

He has no opinion of his own concerning the matters of the Kingdom he represents. Rather he takes the policies and decisions of the King and communicates them  to the people and ensures they obey it.
The Prince himself is subjected to the same rules and policy of the Kingdom.

Absalom was the son of King David and one of the Princes in the Land. He was the most handsome of all the sons of the King but he was not a successor to the throne either by his position in the family, or divine choice yet he wanted the throne by all means.

Absalom was a middleman who wrongly represented the King. He wanted the hearts of the people, he therefore preach a different Gospel from the reigning King Gispel.

He lowered the standard of the Kingdom rules and regulations so that the people would like him with the motive of making them see no need for the sitting king.

"'In the course of time, Absalom provided himself with a chariot and horses and with fifty men to run ahead of him.

He would get up early and stand by the side of the road leading to the city gate. Whenever anyone came with a complaint to be placed before the king for a decision,
Absalom would call out to him, “What town are you from?” He would answer, “Your servant is from one of the tribes of Israel.”

Then Absalom would say to him, “Look, your claims are valid and proper, but there is no representative of the king to hear you.” And Absalom would add, “If only I were appointed judge in the land! Then everyone who has a complaint or case could come to me and I would see that they receive justice.”

Also, whenever anyone approached him to bow down before him, Absalom would reach out his hand, take hold of him and kiss him.
Absalom behaved in this way toward all the Israelites who came to the king asking for justice, and so he stole the hearts of the people of Israel.

Absalom is a typical kingdom Middleman who misrepresented the King to steal their hearts, to cut off their devotions and commitment to the King.

He was a son of the king, binded to him by covennat yet he turned against the King but turning the hearts of the people against him

Jesus Christ is our King and LORD and anytime we misrepresrnt him to the Saints, we turn their hearts away from the Word which is Jesus Christ and turn their hearts to us.

Jesus Christ our LORD has given us every spiritual blessings and has entrusted especially the fivefold ministries (Ephesians 4:11-14) with the responsibilities of communicating these truths to the believers.

The spiritual outlook of the Believers reflects his spiritual diet. The people become what they hear and see over them. They become what the spiritual middleman tell them over time.

If we have more of true spiritual middlemen, then we will have more believers that look and act like Jesus Christ.

But Kingdom potentials will be maximised when we have spiritual middlemen who lead the people to the Holy Spirit.
We believers know and relate to the Spirit of Christ directly, He will reveal the person and power of The Christ to them.

Truly, the Bible says "believe the LORD God  and you shall prosper and believe His prohets to be established.

The same Bible says " looking into Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of our faith.

The people must see Jesus Christ through our teachings to become truly like Him.
Below is a beautiful Bible passage that summarise the above.

“I have heard what the prophets say who prophesy lies in my name.

They say, ‘I had a dream! I had a dream!’ How long will this continue in the hearts of these lying prophets, who prophesy the delusions of their own minds?

They think the dreams they tell one another will MAKE MY PEOPLE FORGET MY NAME, just as their ancestors forgot my name through Baal worship.

Let the PROPHET who has a DREAM RECOUNT the DREAM, but let the ONE WHO HAS MY WORD SPEAK IT FAITHFULLY. For what has straw to do with grain?” declares the Lord. “Is not my word like fire,” declares the Lord, “and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces? “Therefore,” declares the Lord, “I am against the prophets who steal from one another words supposedly from me. Yes,” declares the Lord, “I am against the prophets who wag their own tongues and yet declare, ‘The Lord declares.’ Indeed, I am against those who prophesy false dreams, ” declares the Lord. “They tell them and lead my people astray with their reckless lies, yet I did not send or appoint them. They do not benefit these people in the least,” declares the Lord. Jeremiah 23::25-32

A false prophet is not just one who prophesy by the inspiration of demons. According to the above scripture, you are a false prophet, ' when you say " The LORD told me to say this or that" when truly the LORD has not said so.

You can say l perceive, the Word of God  says when you are not sure

THE WORD OF GOD IS THE GREATEST CHANGE AGENT AND WEAPON.
