WHO DID IT

WHO DID IT? GOD DID IT!

He was one of the greatest men that lived in the Old Testament. The Almighty made him as a god to the enemy and the people.

The Word of knowledge in him was massive because he was able to travel to the past by the help of the Holy Spirit and capture events and history he was not a participant.

But he fail to enter the promise land because of the following statement:
Moses said to them, “Listen, you rebels, must we bring you water out of this rock?” Numbers 20

Psalms 106:33

for they rebelled against the Spirit of God,
and rash words came from Moses’ lips.

Acknowledgement of  the deeds of God and of The Almighty as the Source of all help is a  major form of worship.

I remembered a lady was given a compliment on her refreshing look after her marriage.
She slightly tilt towards her husband smiling ' please appreciate my husband, he is responsible for the glow'

And l witnessed the man turn all shades of red on his face. Wow, l thought, a man blushing. Wetin we no go see for this world. But l guess the lady spoke her husband's love language.

Our LORD Jesus Christ had a pattern which is also emphasised in Philippians 2:6-7

"Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant,"

When our LORD was on earth, He was fond of drawing attention to the Father and giving God the credit for every miracle and works of wonder.

Statement like John 7:16 exists " Jesus answered, “My teaching is not my own. It comes from the one who sent me."

We must also learn to acknowledge God in all we do.  In Acts 14:8-16 when Apostle Paul healed a lame man, the people gave them credit for the healing but the Apostles took a drastic action to draw attention to God.

In 1 Corinthians  3;6 Apostle Paul said
I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow."

Acknowledging God means using every opportunity you have to attest: He is the source of everything you have and have become -which is the  actual  truth.

John The Baptist said that we are all receivers, whatever we have, we received.it.  My father in the Lord did a teaching on The Giver, The distributors and the Receivers. He said God is The Giver and we are first Receivers, then distributors.

King David acknowledged The Almighty as the source of his wealth in 1 Chronicles 29:14-17

 SPIRITUAL NUGGET
Acknowledging God as the source of your success is like testifying before men and heavenly beings about Jehovah Jireh being your provider

When Jesus was on earth, He draw action to The Father and gave Him credit for every miracle, though Jesus Christ, our Lord Himself is God.

Now, that it is the dispensation of The Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ, our Lord said The Holy Spirit will not draw attention to Himself rather He will draw attention to Jesus Christ, our LORD.

In 1 Chronicles 29, King David made the following statement

“But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to give as generously as this?

Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand. We are foreigners and strangers in your sight, as were all our ancestors.

Our days on earth are like a shadow, without hope. Lord our God, all this abundance that we have provided for building you a temple for your Holy Name comes from your hand, and all of it belongs to you.

I know, my God, that you test the heart and are pleased with integrity.

I pray that The Almighty will help us to worship Him in Spirit and the truth. Yorubas says 'it is the man/woman helped by God that knows how to do it right.

Men may erroneously try to give you the credit, you must deliberàtely, consciously, openly show men/women who did  it, GOD THE ALMIGHTY
