LOVE HIM AS WE ARE EXPECTED TO LOVE GOD

A Christian Woman will remain attractive to her husband when she learns to continually love him always. Love is a a word that connotes caring for someone in a language they will understand and is acceptable to theme. Humans are raised from different culture and backgrounds. The expression of love in each culture differs. Each of us are a product or off sgoot of the culture we are raised. Our cultural beliefs form the basis for the pattern of our mindset.

We have learnt to associate certain things to love because of experiences of expression of love we have learnt over time through displays by others we believe in, books we read and probably pictures we have been exposed to over time. Therefore the interpretation of 'Being Loved' differed from what individual to another 

A drug addict will remain attracted to the drug supplier and spend more time giving more attention to this supplier because the person gives to this addict the greatest desire they want which is to remained stoned all the time. The drug addict may intend to run away from a person who takes them to a rehabitation Center for treatment because they associate the person's attention with pains to their bodies 

It shows that the definition of love to a drug addict is different from the definition of love to a normal person. A lady who has been abused sexually and have come to associate happiness and pleasure to  the abuser will be loved more by an abuser than someone who wants to shower her with romantic gestures. Unless the minds of such is reset, she will not understand the loving gesture from anyone that does not involve abuse.

A boy growing up was shown love by his parents by the purchase of gifts. Whenever the child acts right, gifts is bought to reinforce the boy's good behaviour. Overtime, the child may come to associate receiving gifts as the expression of Love.

Therefore for a young Christian woman to adequately express her love to her husband, she must learn the expression of Love that her husband understands and continually use it. Over time the expression of love of individual may change over time because of exposure and new information and technology, each partner must be willingly to change as time changes. People find it easy to love someone who makes them the center of attention. We intend to love someone easily who wants to please us 

We must consciously continue to show love to our spouse by genuinely caring for them and giving them attention.

OBEY HIM

Obedience has been made a derogatory in Marraige especially the relationship between a man and his wife. The World has continually reinforced the need for men and women to be treated as equals in the Family with both having the capacity to make decisions for the family. I. This case, the wife should make decisions for her husband and children and not necessarily with an input from her husband and her husband must readily obeyed it. The husband too has the capacity to make decisions for the wife and the family and they must obey it. While this is not wrong because the Bible rightly says that the woman is not independent of the man and vice versa, the abible is clear on the first that the man was created before the woman. The Law of first mentioned is important. Most times it shows the principles governing that particular matter 

The Bible is the constitution Manuel of every believer. The Word of God says we are in the World but we do not live as the people of the World. Isaiah 55 has the following to say"

“I don’t think the way you think. The way you work isn’t the way I work.” God’s Decree. “For as the sky soars high above earth, so the way I work surpasses the way you work, and the way I think is beyond the way you think.

The way a man thinks affects all his actions. A man actions is an offshoot of his mindset and his thinking patterns. Every action of the Father is a reflection of His thoughts. The LORD is gracious to The Church of our LORD Jesus Christ and the World at large by giving us the Holy Spirit and the Bible ilwhich is a concordance of the thoughts of God.  The Bible is the way that the LORD thinks 

Every believer must learn to replace their thoughts which was initially influenced and shaped by the system of the world with the World of God. It is only then that walking with God is possible and doing His perfect Will is guaranteed. Romans 12:1&2 bears credence to this truth 'Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God’s will as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in his eyes.

God's way of thinking is different from the World's way of thinking. The World way of thinking is either  a combination of man's wisdom and the wisdom of demons or man's wisdom and the wisdom of God. King David was attracted to a woman called Bathsheba and he wanted her desperately  though  she was the wife of one of his warriors. Instead of waiting on God and speaking to God's wisdom about it, he used the methods used by Kings in his neighbour to get Bathsheba. 

HOW DO HEATHEN KINGS DO THIS?

Sarah was a very beautiful woman married to Abraham. Though Sarah was Abraham half sister; she was also his legally married wife. When Abraham sojourn to the land of Egypt, King Pharoah got interested in Sarah because Abraham said Sarah was his sister. But Abraham made a statement that allowed us to know the culture of those in that area : As he was approaching the border of Egypt, Abram said to his wife, Sarai, “Look, you are a very beautiful woman. When the Egyptians see you, they will say, ‘This is his wife. Let’s kill him; then we can have her!’ So please tell them you are my sister. Then they will spare my life and treat me well because of their interest in you.” And sure enough, when Abram arrived in Egypt, everyone noticed Sarai’s beauty. When the palace officials saw her, they sang her praises to Pharaoh, their king, and Sarai was taken into his palace.

Genesis 12:11‭-‬15 NLT

It is the way of heathen kings to take a woman forcefully into their palaces even when a dowry is not yet paid. This is what David did and God rebuked him for it. God did not rebuked King David for having an additional wife. Then Nathan said to David, “You are the man! This is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: ‘I anointed you king over Israel, and I delivered you from the hand of Saul. I gave your master’s house to you, and your master’s wives into your arms. I gave you all Israel and Judah. And if all this had been too little, I would have given you even more. Why did you despise the word of the LORD by doing what is evil in his eyes? You struck down Uriah the Hittite with the sword and took his wife to be your own. You killed him with the sword of the Ammonites. 

King David used the Wisdom of the World to get his heart desires fulfilled and God rebuked him for it. God said that those things that man esteemed are highly despicable in his sight 

The LORD Jesus Christ acknowledged this truth when He said"“Nothing I do is from my own initiative. As I hear the judgment passed by my Father, I execute those judgments. And my judgments will be perfect, because I seek only to fulfill the desires of my Father who sent me. The LORD Jesus Christ though God lived a life of obedience to the instructions of God. He did not make any judgement, concerning any issue of His, God's thoughts was his thoughts, therefore The LORD way becomes His Way. Unless we learn to make God's thoughts our thoughts, we may never walk in this ways 

I the matter of Marriage, God identified the husband as the Leader and commands that the woman o eyes her husband as the Church obeys Christ. The relationship between a man and his wife is the same realtuinship between Christ and His Church. The Church is the Body and Christ and the Leadership of the Church must come from Christ Jesus who is the Head of the Church. 1 Corinthians 11 makes it clear that The Husband is The Head of the wife and also stated clearly in int the book of Peter that The Man is the Leader in the House 

The Leader should give directions, guidance as Christ gives direction and guidance to His bride the Church. 

It does not matter what the World thinks about the position of Heaven and God on the matter of husband and wife; every believer must learn to follow God's order in every aspect of their lives. 

Therefore the next ingrients needed for a Christian Marraige is that the wife must learn to obey her husband in all things

What if a man asks his wife to sleep with another man for whatsoever reasons?

The Laws of the Kingdom is made for Believers and not nob believers. Because a man attends Church, pays his tithe and offers services to me does not mean he belongs to me. A man who belongs to me will live as my son did in all things 

I will give you three witnesses in the Bible. Obedience is the Hallmark that you truly beling to me. Those who obey my Words are those who are mine and who will twign with me in all eternity. Think of yourselves the way Christ Jesus thought of himself. He had equal status with God but didn’t think so much of himself that he had to cling to the advantages of that status no matter what. Not at all. When the time came, he set aside the privileges of deity and took on the status of a slave, became human! Having become human, he stayed human. It was an incredibly humbling process. He didn’t claim special privileges. Instead, he lived a selfless, obedient life and then died a selfless, obedient death—and the worst kind of death at that—a crucifixion. Because of that obedience, God lifted him high and honored him far beyond anyone or anything, ever, so that all created beings in heaven and on earth—even those long ago dead and buried—will bow in worship before this Jesus Christ, and call out in praise that he is the Master of all, to the glorious honor of God the Father.

Philippians 2:5‭-‬11 MSG

The wife must learn to obey her husband in all things. A man who belongs to Christ truly will never ask his wife to sleep with another man for whatsoever reason. He will not lure his wife to sleep with another man even if he is impotent and cannot father a child. Yes, we see instances wherever a woman ask her husband to sleep with another woman to enable them have children through this woman. But at that time, it was a custom acceptable and practised by the people who lived around such period. Sarah, Rachel and Leah asked their husbands to sleep with their Maida so that theri maids can have children. But God never Authorised these practices 

Truly, God instituted that a man should sleep with his dead brother wife so that the dead can have a seed that represents his wife. But God allowed this because at the time, sexual intercourse happens because the dead man's wife and his brother, the Marraige is already anulled by the death of the late brother   There is no place in the Bible where a man is allowed to sleep with his brother's wife while the brother is alive. Such arts attracts curses. When Reuben slept with his father's concubine, the father placed a curse in him . Ultimately, Abasalom died after he defiled his father's bed by sleeping with one of his concubines in broad day light 

FELLOWSHIP OF THE SPIRIT.

No man will remain blissful unless I timacy between husband and wife is maintained and sustained consciously. I timacy goes beyond couple eating from the same pot and having regular I tercourse. I timacy is our LORD Jesus Christ saying ' Iam in my Father and My Father is in me. Intimacy is built by giving amole attention to each other. It is established by a man and a woman spending heart to heart I teraction at all things. The couple of two hearts is deeper than the couple of two bodies and two vision. 

God said of Israel that they love me with their lips but their heart is far from me. It shows that Israel speak before men that they live God but In their actions they worship idols, offers sacrifices in the high places to God's, they spend more time doing other things and spend their spare time with God. They bo longer seek God's opinion in their day to day lives rather they only remember God when they have major problems. The problems that they can solve themselves, they don't consult God at such times. Rather they only consult Him when they are at their with end. I. So doing their hearts are drawn away from God by all these activities and they stopped giving God theri full attention 

Couples must consciously give attention to each u til it becomes an habit they do do subconsciously.

The same way the Church is supposed to relate with Christ

1. When l woke up in the morning, immediately acknowledged you by pouring words of love on you 

2. I thank you profusely for any little thing that you do for me

3. I serk tour counsel in all things and is always willing to listen to your counsel even if it contrary to my desire 

4. I invite you into everything l do.
