There are times you have read a particular verses of Scripture the hundredth time and yet your eyes are closed to some truth. Then God leads you either by yourself or a challenge of reading nine (9) chapter of the Bible per day and you see Old Scriptures in new light this is what the anointing of the Holy Spirit does to you when you consciously invite Him to navigate the scriptures with you
Jesus Christ, The LORD and The Master and our perfect examples says :
1. If You Hold Anger:
√ negative feelings,
√ you are unhappy at them either because they wrong you or not
√ You desire to pay them back evil for evil for the wrong they committed against you
√ You imagined evil and harm coming against them to show they have wronged you
Jesus Christ our LORD said if you have any of the above thoughts concerning your brother and sisters in Christ without repenting, He said you have actually murdered them. WHY? All the above actions can result in their death. Your anger against a fellow believer opens then up to Satanic attacks. While your prayers open your fellow believers to God's blessings your anger at them opened them up to harm way
Anger Has Influence and Control as Alcohol and Hard Drugs.
Anger is negative emotions that can take over the mental faculty of the best of men and make them say things and carry out actions that is normally impossible for them to do. A man under the influence of drugs or evil spirits can go on a killing spree because his judgement is distorted and reasoning twisted at that moment of negative influence. Anger has the same effects on any man. The moment the intense feelings on anger comes on you, it sends hot impatient fire to your bones; all your bodily parts is pump with the negative emotions and all you want to do at that moment is lash out and vent out this negative emotions through harsh words and inflicted pain on someone. “Simeon and Levi are brothers— their swords are weapons of violence. Let me not enter their council, let me not join their assembly, for they have killed men in their anger and hamstrung oxen as they pleased. Cursed be their anger, so fierce, and their fury, so cruel! I will scatter them in Jacob and disperse them in Israel."

Relationships that has taken you years to develop can be undone by an angrily outbursts in moments. Careers has be terminated pre- maturely because people failed to control their anger. I worked for a beautiful woman on e who was kind to me to the best of her knowledge. One day she made a statement that touched my self esteem in the presence of colleagues she had given me authority to lead and l answered her back in anger in the presence of the Staff that she employed. I felt very bad after and apilogised but l knew l had croseed the line and l was wrong. Anger made me forget all the past kindnesses l had enjoyed from my boss and made me disrespect her before my colleagues.
Anger is tremble. I met a culture of disrespect in that office and by the wisdom of the Spirit was trying to build a culture of respect but l lost all that hard work because of anger. You must know that the same weekend, a subordinate from our office disrespected me publicly before many and l enede up crying before all. I was illned and yet working, so l was not on a good state of mind. I destroyed the Culture of respect built by one out burst of anger. Moses destroyed the Tablets he waited on God to receive for forty days in a second because of anger. Anger is a destroyer. "When Moses approached the camp and saw the calf and the dancing, his anger burned and he threw the tablets out of his hands, breaking them to pieces at the foot of the mountain. And he took the calf the people had made and burned it in the fire; then he ground it to powder, scattered it on the water and made the Israelites drink it.".

"But I’m telling you, if you hold anger in your heart toward a fellow believer, you are subject to judgment. And whoever demeans and insults a fellow believer is answerable to the congregation. And whoever calls down curses upon a fellow believer is in danger of being sent to a fiery hell.

REMEDIES FOR ANGER
RENEWAL OF YOUR MIND
Anger is negative feelings. Feelings can either be negative or positive and they are always generated by certain factors. There are feelings catalyst. Man is a tripate being: he is spirit who has a soul and lives in body. The spirit of man enables him to communicate directly with God who is a Spirit but the soul of man is the place of conscious and sometimes sub conscious action and attitudes which allows him to inyeracte with fellow men like himself.
The body of man is that visible, tangible part of man which allows expressions from his soul and spirit. You know the state of a man's soul and spirit by the expressions you see in the body. The bodily part of a man is a true refection of the inner happenings in his invisible or unseen part which is the spirit and the soul
The Soul of man is that part that seats his intellect, emotion and his will. The intellect is that part of you that has been supplied with data of I formation which allows you to make logical decisions based on the analytical assessing and complication of the day storef in your mental CPU called your Mind. The Mind is supplied with different informations, thoughts and ideas from birth and this forms a body of data that you utilised to run your life over time.
The Soul is also the seat of all otions in a man. Your body expresses happiness, sadness, sorrow, tears etc based on the state of your Soul. Your soul is inviable but you can get accurate readings of the content of your soul by the outpota seen on your body. Anger is an expression of the various conclusions that your mind has processed about a person, events and circumstances. The Mind as stated has data of I formation by which it pro rss every event and circumstances that comes from the body. For example, your ears heard certain words and it transfers what it heard to the tablets of the mind; the mind in turn will examine and process the information sent to it through the various data stored within it, based on this information the mind will response most times through your emotions and if the will power is weak, this emotions even when negative will flow through the body without any ilhinderances.
The example given in the previous article that anger can destroy long standing realtuinship. In my mind, l had identified certain statement as offensive to my self- esteem and dignity. Therefore when my Boss uttered one of this statements; my minds received the statements from my boss and matches it with the preloaded data in my mind. The stored data response was ' attack on your self - esteem before people. And the preloaded response stored in my mind against attack on my self- esteem is ' answer back don't keep quiet, show that the statement hurt your feelings'. So my reaction to my boss statement is negative feelings of anger
But let is examine another scenario of response and of information on my mind. Romans 12:1 said this about the mind;Therefore I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies [dedicating all of yourselves, set apart] as a living sacrifice, holy and well-pleasing to God, which is your rational (logical, intelligent) act of worship. And do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you].
Romans 12:1-2 AMP
A believer is not ordained by God to react to issues the way a man and woman without Jesus Christ in their hearts will response to issues. The mind of a believer and unbeliever are alike before the alavtuon experience. We operate with a mind that is controlled by cultural beliefs, popular opinion, mindset and thoughts shapen by experience and behaviourial patterns.
The New birth experience is ordained to I yroduce the believer to the ' God Way' of thinking. Every believer must strive to adopt the mind of Christ and adapt God:s thoughts as their thoughts. God's Way cannot become your way as a believer in Christ unless you adopt God's thoughts a s your thoughts.: “My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord. “And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine. For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts.

God's thought on anger is ' Anger lies in the bosom of fools.'. Another thoughts of God on anger is " Be angry but sin not. Another thoughts of God on anger " Don't be angry at your brother.. God's thoughts on anger must replace your own cultural base thoughts on anger. Maybe you were brought up in an environment whereby to express your anger is violent out burst is considered right and appropiate, therefore you see anger outburst as just saying your mind. You must exchange that mindset with the Word of God that says " if you express your anger with violent, then you have shown that you are a fool be auar anger lies in the bosom of a fool.
Probably you have been exposed to information and an environment whereby anger is freely expresses with shouting. Therefore you have built an habit of shouting when you are angry. Shouting is your way of showing the negative feelings of anger and making people do your bidding. The. You must renew your mind with a positive thoughts of God which says ' If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the Land meaning that learn the skill of making people obey you not by coercion but by persuasion. Moreso, one of the skill of a good leader is making people follow your ideas and ideals with the use of threat and force.
As you enjoy positive mindset and thoughts for the negative mindset previously stored in your mind, you will discover that you will find it easier to shun anger and respond positively even when provoked to anger. You will make the choice is smiling and giving gentle answers even when provoked to anger by anybody.
Let's go back to my scenerio with my boss. My Boss spoke words that affected negatively my self esteem and those words met words in my mind strange that advises.me to respond negatively with an angry answer back to attack on my same esteem. If l had renew my mind with thoughts of " Never answer back angrily to the Man who pays your salary' or God's Word that says when Jesus Christ was insulted , he did not answer back rather let God defend Him in all matter. My response to my boss attacks would have been different. Probably, l would have either kept quiet or laugh off her statements and later sulkwn in silence. This way l have shun anger though provoked.
FORGIVENESS INGRAINED IN THE HEART
“When virtue is stored within, the hearts of good, upright people will produce good fruit. But when evil is hidden within, those who are evil will produce evil fruit.

But I say to you that everyone who continues to be angry with his brother or harbors malice (enmity of heart) against him shall be liable to and unable to escape the punishment imposed by the court; and whoever speaks contemptuously and insultingly to his brother shall be liable to and unable to escape the punishment imposed by the Sanhedrin, and whoever says, You cursed fool! [You empty-headed idiot!] shall be liable to and unable to escape the hell (Gehenna) of fire.
